In these portraits, I search for something special, such as a reflective moment, a sudden change in emotion, the passage of time, or a long lost memory. The vast majority of these were taken spontaneously. Many were shot while traveling, or while attending fairs, parades, markets, concerts, festivals, sporting events and other places where people gather to enjoy life.
