In these portraits, I search for something special, such as a love of life, a reflective moment, the passage of time, or a long lost memory. Occasionally these portraits are posed, while the vast majority are taken spontaneously. Many were taken while travelling, or while attending fairs, parades, markets, concerts, festivals, sporting events and other events where people gather to enjoy themselves.
