You think I’m not a goddess? Try me.This is a torch song. Touch me and you’ll burn.

This photo series features the Italian model Drew, who is a"Suicide Girl". Besides being a photographer and a model, Drew is most certainly a rebel. She has decorated her skin with tattoos and piercings, all of which have a special meaning. Projection photography, a technique that originated in the 1960s with the work of John French, was used in this series.Projected onto her from a mini-beamer, Drew was blanketed in images of punk record covers, punk icons, abstract paintings from the artist Umberto Boccioni, and portraits painted by the infamous master-rebel, Caravaggio. Colors, images, and symbols were layered on top of Drew's already colorful skin, resulting in a riotous celebration of color, form, and motion---that journey to the 25th floor---where joy, poetry, peace, and high-energy, punky rock-and-roll seep into our very souls.
